Ronaldo will reach a milestone when Portugal face Slovakia on Friday. The 38-year-old goalscorer has been training with the team under Roberto Martinez as they look to extend their lead at the top of Group J.
The talismanic forward shared two pictures on his Instagram account, one featuring him enjoying a light moment with Otavio and Ruben Dias, and the other showing him during a shooting practice drill.
Ronaldo has been in incredible form with Al-Nassr in the 2023-24 season, having lifted the Arab Club Champions Cup in the summer and currently having six goals and four assists in four appearances in the Saudi Pro League.
Ronaldo will be hoping to carry his rich vein of form in the upcoming Euro 2024 qualifiers, where he will face Slovakia on September 10 and Luxembourg on September 11. He has scored 11 goals against Luxembourg, his highest tally against any international opponent.
